Staffing and Structure

mwa Digital Ltd. comprises 10 team members across its strategy, client servicing, creative, development, admin and finance departments.

The senior delivery team comprises a Studio Director, Senior Developer, Creative Lead and Senior Software Engineer

The Studio Director is responsible for all marketing communications, the Senior Developer and Creative Lead are responsible for all agency outputs encompassing concepts, copy, design, traffic, and digital production.

IT Security

mwa Digital Ltd. backs up manual work in progress comprising data, files, graphics and media on a daily basis to an internal server RAID. The RAID is synchronised to back-up onto removable media and this is stored off-site overnight.

All data, files and graphics stored on mymwa (our client collaboration centre) are hosted securely online and backed up daily under a Service Level Agreement between mwa Digital Ltd. and our chosen hosting partner, multi-award-winning UK Fast.

mwa Digital’s entire work in progress and IT infrastructure can be managed by remote access and disaster recover protocols provide zero downtime in the case of a critical event.
