When Cynergy 3 conducted a management buyout from its US parent company, the business inherited a group branded Web site with a clunky content management developed in Cold Fusion that staff could not operate easily.

It was clear that Cynergy 3 Components needed a Web site that could deliver the right information for a global customer base, and reflect the image of the company being a leader in its field. It was also vital that staff brought into the concept of a content managed Web site that was simple to update.

The team at mwa Digital researched the Liquid Level Sensor and RF Relay market to build an accurate picture of how customers used the Internet to research products.

Senior team members from the sales & marketing function at Cynergy 3 used the information and returned valuable input on how the company should be presented on its Web site.

The Web site was designed and built for purpose using the latest frameless CSS techniques and the content was driven from mwa's CMSi content management system built on the Microsoft .NET framework. Team members easily adopted the intuitive Windows XP style interface and the Web site was propagated with products and technical information in a very short space of time.

An integrated Stockcheck facility enables customers from any Country to see stock levels at specific distributors on an item-by-item basis.

Within a short time of launch Cynergy 3 Components were benefiting from over 11,000 page views a month, Home Page bounce rates reduced from 70% down to 22%, average time spent on the site of over 3 minutes and greatly improved call through rates.
