Veho was founded in 2006 in with a view to becoming a fresh and energetic global consumer electronics brand. The company now has sales distribution in over 100 countries, and factories in the UK, Asia and Europe.
The Challenge
Veho's ethos is to make products that make a statement and stand out from the crowd - the company doesn't like boring or run of the mill. The products are manufactured to the highest standards and the packaging reinforces the quality message.
Consumer electronics is a highly competitive arena and going head-to-head with the likes of Sony and Samsung required a Web site that retained all the brand values Veho is known for whilst presenting the company as a worldwide force.
What We Did
We worked closely with the board at Veho to capture the essence of the company's contemporary design values and translated this successfully into a high-tech design style.
Photography was enhanced to increase the dramatic effect and a range of simple but highly effective anchor colours and graphic elements were used complete the impression of quality high-tech manufacturing.
Products are displayed in an attractive tiled layout creating a much more modern look than conventional row-by-row listings.
mwa's proprietary content management system, CMSi, gave Veho the flexibility to manage all the product, news and feature content without compromising on design layout or graphic features as is often the case with off-the-shelf content management systems.
Dynamic IP addressing was also used enabling international domain name derivatives to bring up the master UK Web site but with all prices automatically updated to the correct regional currency.
